In the first session we do a body assessment, and figure out your goals. Then we design a program for your individual needs. A whole session focused on you and at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please get in touch with us 18 hours before your session. The class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of a medical issue, please present proper documentation, and class fee can roll-over to the next session you choose. Thank you!
