Class is focused on joint and spine mobility, and lots of work on pelvic floor stability and overall body strength. Preparing the mother-to-be for carrying the extra load during pregnancy and post pregnancy. Our teachers are BASI certified for pre and postnatal exercise, with in depth understanding of Diastasis Recti, Pubic Symphisis Disorder, Sciatic Nerve etc.

To cancel or reschedule please get in touch with us 18 hours before your session. The class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of a medical issue, please present proper documentation, and class fee can roll-over to the next session you choose. Thank you!
